In Carl's shop so a bit more intimate quarters. Pants and coats (not too many of each) will be on a garment rack, ties will be organized in boxes, food and hooch will be on a table.

debbie downer here but does anyone else find the lapel gorge to seem really droopy and saggy?
it gives it a very dated look to me

with the gorge line cut ~parallel to shoulder, i think gives the the shoulder more visual authority

but the ties look killer, though

I can see what you are saying, my inspiration is the internet clothing forums famous elliot richardson photo by richard avedon. I wasn't going for the current naples inspired gorge/notch which is popular now. I like this, I don't think it looks dated in the pic below, I think the notch compliments the shoulder line, but at the end of the day, the market will speak.

There will be SF internet celebrities, style bloggers, acrobats and women of ill repute (some of the individuals there will be all four). Voxsartoria will be live blogging the event from Boston. Spend $500 and get a "kick you the hell right out of here" by Carl Goldberg! Any questions, please feel free to PM. Those that went last year had a good time and its nice to hang out and bump into people you only see/talk to on the internet. See you all there.

good luck and have a good time.

That looks great. However, I have always drawn my sartorial inspiration from Avedon's portrait of Ronald Fischer. Do you have anything suitable?
