My experience with Herring is nothing but spectacular. Decent price, fast shipping and great customer service. Shoes are handmade and sometimes few duds slips by QC checks.


I'm going to second this - it takes little to damage perceptions of a company,particularly on a place like here - my Herring Shakespeares arrived quickly and the emails I sent to them before buying were answered politely and quickly. I will order shoes from them again. The quality was perfect on mine I must say and I've had no issues with the shoes at all.

 

You only waited 3.5 days for an email back? I've waited several weeks from some companies and thought nothing of it. I'm glad they did reach a 'compromise' with you though - would you mind telling us what that was?

I have a bought more than 10 pairs of shoes from Herring and their service were excellent.
