I've done a bit of this, not with boots yet but with watches. At the end of the day I've yet to have any regrets. When I've followed my heart I've been rather pleased with the results.

I'm in the same boat. I have been a one watch guy for quite a while. If I wanted something else, I had to give up what I was wearing.

I actually have a few more. But basically before I make a trade I have to ask myself two questions: Will I regret getting rid of what I have already. If I will then I'm not going to trade. Do I want the new one just because it's different, or do I really want the new one because I like it more.

Of course you need your first pair of Galways.

How else can you expect to get your second or third pair. You have to start somewhere.baldy%5B1%5D.gif

That's me as well. Going into 2013 I had zero pairs. By February I had one pair, and then by June I had another on order. I won't have the second pair until March, but I just placed another order for my third pair. I'm contemplating my next pair of boots right now. We'll just have to see whether it's another pair of Galways or something else.
