Yes, the difficulty is that both of my local retailers carry nothing wider than E - and not an abundance of those - D seems quite popular.  It fits me okay in the 888, but I've had more miss than hit with the 82.  Have not tried the 202 yet.

BB's pictures are not the best. Their website shows the Asquith in grey which may be slate.

The downtownToronto store has one - my size and everything - but I have bought more than enough shoes of late - trying.... to..... resist....

Looks brown on my monitor, but says grey in the product description.
