A few posters here have commented on the apparent unfriendliness of EG staff, but can't say I've ever found this.

Regards Edwards of Manchester they're a good bunch, not as knowledgeable as one might hope however.

They have always been very helpful in my experience, even before I become a EG customer

Killing time during my layover and watching the Edward Green Handmade Shoes clip on YouTube. Thought it is interesting that it looks like the polish used by one of the finishers (6:38) looks like Kiwi.

Could you two kindly settle your disagreements elsewhere? Please remember that this thread was setup to share the appreciation for Edward Green shoes, not for mud fighting and all sorts of other off topic stuff.
