Anybody have any idea where I might be able to buy a pair of Edward Green lasted shoe trees? I'm picking up a pair of Hutton Burnished Wingtips from Ralph Lauren and it appears they no longer come with shoe trees.

I think these might be on the 89 Last.

eBay had trees all the time and the nicer old school ones that actually fill out the vamp.

Thanks, but that's actually the first place I checked. Unfortunately there were very few listed at the time, and none of them in the last or size I need.

Thanks y'all! I thought the blue was a nice contrast to a beige suit. Might have to try it again soon.

That color is pretty unique.

These are actually on the 82; I do have some captoes on the 33. I'll work it in soon and take a pic to see if they have the same angular thing you mentioned.

Out to dinner

Just got these Galways, black with black suede and ridgeway soles. I know I probably shouldn't wear to work, but they are so comfortable.

Thank you, and I actually came across these as well.

However they only carry the 82/888 and the 202/606 Lasts.

Based on what I have read the 89 Last is supposed to be on the generous side so I'm not sure if the 202/606 would work best with the 89 Last or not.

I've used Allen Edmonds large shoe trees on the 89 last for the past 3 or 4 years. No problem with the shoes; they look and have worn just fine.

Rob,

Thanks for the recommendation, I may just have to go this route.

Cheers,

Dan
