Now a days there are only two types of trees, whatever the box says. It's one type for D/E width and one type for E/F. A while back they used to have two shapes, one for square toe lasts and one for round. Now it's just one shape. Hope that clears things up. :)

heard EG still has odd stock of the old trees they are selling off at discount. anyone know more details?

Those are in E-width, don't know if they're yours to be honest.

Still have a few pairs left (3). :)

Watching these like a hawk to see if you ever move them to "odd stock". Seems like nothing in my size ever ends up in odd stock.

where'd you get those?

Trees can be ordered in d/e or e/f. Both fits the e, but the e/f is rather snug in some pairs.
Skoaktiebolaget might have more customers on f width than d, and order the e/f ones, or both.

Those are usually the only ones available, but if you have questions just shoot an email to Skoaktiebolaget. They can answer just about anything and if they don't know it, they contact the company directly. I'm a unique size (US 14 or 15 and extremely narrow) so they spoke to EG on my behalf to figure out how they could try to accommodate me. They have some large size lasts in various widths in that range on the 202 last. Skoaktiebolaget is the best!

Thanks Stefan! I was very lucky that they were so willing to help me out with the leg work in figuring it all out. They even asked EG to send a full length sock liner in addition to the normal that i can use if more space needs to be taken up.

Looks like all the DOaks are coming out dark at the moment.

This scares me... My DOAK dovers I received recently were also a similar dark brown shade. I'm worried my galways and shannons won't have the same nice mid-brown color in previous batches. Maybe they started standardizing the color and eliminating variance.
