I finally have something new to add, I have wanted these for a while

Nice, I have been thinking about getting Harrogates like the ones Brooks Brothers has in Dark oak/mocca, last 82.

Congrats.

@gyasih those are totally baller.

@dddrees I have only just slipped them on - haven't even walked around in them yet - and don't own any 202 for comparison.

Understand, wasn't sure if you had anything on the 202 or not, but I figured it was worth a try.

FYI, wasn't directed at me but after trying on the 606, 202, and 82 I'd say the 202 and 606 are almost exactly the same. If anything, the 606 is tighter by a hair. 82 is much narrower and tighter than both. 606 and 202 might be the most comfortable lasts for me since there's a lot of room for my feet to expand. Interestingly I think my TG73 in F width are fairly similar to the 606E in terms of fit.

Glad you chimed in, as I haven't had the ability to try a 606 Lasted shoe or boot and I'm still considering whether to get one or not. Possibly the Nevis sometime in the future. It was my understanding that the toebox can be a bit narrower than the 202 and the 202 on my Dover at least is a bit snug for my larger of two feet. So anyway I may not get the opportunity to try on a 606 before I decide to buy so I thought I would get some thoughts from others in the meantime. Thanks for your input.

Cheers,

Dan

^ I wear the 606 and 202 in the same size. Yes the toe box is smaller compared to the 202 but the fit is still fine.

Has anyone here purchased the EG for Brooks Brothers Monmouth in rosewood? I am considering purchasing a pair, but wondering if the rosewood pebble grain looks good with the brouged captoe.

I did and I returned it. I did not like that model in pebble calf.

SMALL LEATHER GOODS FROM EG FOR CHRISTMAS

:slayer:

Out new range of small leather goods have arrived, just in time for Christmas.

Made from our signature shoe leathers and inspired by details from Edward Green patterns, these beautifully finished wallets and cardholders are the perfect companion piece for your shoes.

Just as you'd expect, we've considered every detail. The wallets are lined with the same French calf we use in our wheat calf lined shoes. The edges of each wallet are meticulously waxed for an unsurpassed quality of finish. The card slots and hot pressed lines are inspired by those on our Galway boot. And each wallet bears a small bartack, the stitch at the bottom of an oxford shoe's facing—a mark of it's Edward Green heritage.

As with all our shoes, we're offering complimentary express shipping to ensure you receive your gifts in time for Christmas, wherever you may be.

A new arrival and very easy to wear. We have had staff try them with wool pants and denim. Both looks are great.
Berkeley on the 202 last in Mocca suede on rubber soles.
