I take the same size in the 202, 82, and 64.

The 64 is wider in the toe box than the 202 though. I like it with jeans.

For me from roomiest to snuggest it would be F202, F82, E202 then F64. I find the 64 tighter in all aspects. If I were to order a 64 last boot again I'd go a half size up. I have a wider foot though so not sure how that relates to you.
