Burgundy delapre Westonbirts. Despite my belated response to the durability of delapre leather, I do agree that it is prone to scuffing, but a rigorous brush and buff usually resolved these small marks!

How well do EGs hold up? Here is my pair of EG Berkeley (202 last, antique dark oak)I bought in 2000 in London when the store was still in the Arcade. The new Jermyn Street store is much better.

Looks like they're holding up remarkably well.  These have age with character indeed; well done.

  Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

Sweet style, however those are Elmsley Derby shoe, not the Berkeley (Oxford).

Kindly excuse my noob question, but how does GG's GG06 compare to EG's 202 or 82? As you might have guessed I don't own any GG shoes (yet), but have been wondering whether a black captoe on GG06 would be an idea - or whether I should just stick to a Chelsea on 82F which I know fits me very well smile.gif

Thanks in advance!
