I use saphir dark brown (no 5). Cream first, then polish.

For dark oak I typically use neutral cream, then neutral polish.

The 606 last fits like the 202. 82 is narrower and slightly longer. 

 

Round toe 202 = 606 Square Toe

Round Toe 82 = 888 Square Toe
