I.e., a little firmer and crustier than the Utah?

Utah is more supple, yes.

LOL. True.

But seriously...they were 202 last, Veldtschoen on Dainite. Would have been a sick boot. But I waited 9 or 10 months then EG delivered the boot made out of the wrong material. So I just backed out and ordered a Saint Crispin's instead.

Exactly that is my next Galway in line (still in wishlist, not ordered yet) 202 Last, veldtschoen, dainite but rosewood color... Indeed a sick boot wink.gif

Great taste!!!

A broken toe this week calls for 202 and a thin sock to hobble to a meeting today.

Maiden voyage of the rosewood CC Newmarkets. Arrived yesterday, on the feet today.

The rest of the outfit, for those who are interested. I think chelseas and denim are a great match.

First pair of EG. Oundle in Eduardian Antique on 888. I think the color is a bit too light for the office, but I guess that will change with polish over time icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif

Again the last 3 pictures confirms why I love this thread and my post above. Absolutely beautiful. The Chelsea boot isn't my cup of tea but it looks absolutely killer

Love the pairings guys; all executed very well!

I was dead set on the Newmarket but the more I see pictures of them in the wild the more I think the GG Burham is more my speed. Newmarket's and denim seem to be the preferred pairing but how do they pair with dress trousers?

Justin just give me a couple weeks...I'll lay some heat on the GG thread for you. smile.gif

Lol I don't doubt it one minute. You gotta let me know here that I should go and check there lol.

I had a pair of Chelsea boots from Carmina which I liked however I didn't care for the look with trousers.
