Gent, what's your consensus on the Laughton Adelaide in antique olive? Hit or miss?

What kind of outfit would go with this? Navy chinos, dark navy jeans? Thanks.

Champagne trousers, or maybe a nice cream?

Or even (gasp) navy odd trousers!

Great job!!  I know that you feel you might have gone a bit too heavy with black polish on the toe.  But, I disagree:  you did not go too heavy at all on my opinion, and, the effect you obtained looks darn good to me.  As mentioned before, i sometimes seek this effect by using slightly darker shoe paste on lighter leather.  These shoes are looking just great!

Agreed, that shade looks hot hot hot...better than stock!

Dovers and cotton/linen pants for the unseasonable warmth here.

Thanks again everyone! Definitely one of my favorite boots. Yeah Ironist, I lucked out on the shade of this one, but even the dark one is very nice. I still regret not getting the wingtip version as well when policies were more favorable.

A definite Hit and I would wear that on a suit. I am a big fan of the 890 last.
