Do EG Factory Seconds come in the original box and are they marked with anything inside that tells you that they are factory second?

Look for a 'B' marked inside the shoe/boot where the sizing is.

Now that Skoak no longer carries EG, who is a good source in Europe for EG MTO's?

I like the idea of the 64 last, dark brown leather or suede or black leather (which I've never seen here), double ridgeway sole & veldtschoen.
