Happy Thursday and good morning gentlemen!

I've joined the Galway army... #2 in Rosewood Country Calf + shearling lining.

The 82/888 last feels a lot more comfortable to me than the 64. I'm hoping it is because these boots need an initial break in. 😁

Regardless, they are quite beautiful boots! Still haven't found a good occasion to wear the DOAK/mink suede ones though...

@parkman24 amazing boots

I just thought that the 64 last is more roomy than 82?

Gents, I have my black EG for Asprey boots up for sale since they didn't fit me very well after all. If you take them off my hands I can use the funds to place a new MTO with GF biggrin.gif

Perhaps it's just my case. When I wore all my shoes on the 82/888 (Cardiff, Berkeley, and west minister) I did not need to have a break in period. I walk about 1.5 miles to and from work, but for these boots, they are slightly stiffer. The instep on these are a little bit lower for me too. Regardless, the walk today with these boots are not too bad - I'm sure after a few wears, they will be very comfortable.
