great job.

I wouldn't buy the shoes on the bottom, but would definitely consider picking up a pair on the top picture.

Thanks. They were a little darker than what the shop photo indicated, but I planned on darkening anyway. I really wanted the country calf / double leather combo.

What G&G last? I wear the same size in both brands, but a width narrower in EG.

Sunday's best (for me anyway) found that my old AE walnut belt is a perfect match for chestnut Utah smile.gif

Hope all the east coasters are doing ok in that blizzard!

Gentlemen,

Now that Skoak is no longer doing EG MTO, where is the best/cost effective place to get a pair of EG?

Thanks.

Leffot had sale on EG & Brook brothers RTW that's what I can think of over sea store use UPS & you will get hit with duties. So it looks like the cost will be 1,400$ to 1,500$ depending upon shoes or boot.

If you can catch items on sale they're not bad. I was at Saks and they had a monk strap for under $700 on the sale rack; that was the only EG that I saw. For anything under $1K, it would like be B&S, eBay, or an EG sale (local or overseas). Stock model you would unfortunately likely have to pay close to retail.

@Watchman1

+1 I've been fortunate where I've bought 3 pairs of EGs on B&S/eBay at reasonable prices. They don't pop up too often, but with a little patience it's probably the best way to pay less than retail. As for MTO's, I've been going thru Steve at Gentlemen's Footwear who offers great service, but it is at retail.

Another option is to see @dijor's B&S listing where he has some NIB EG makeups for sale at a discount

Order three pairs through Paris then fly to pick them up and package in a vacation. Woohoo 11% VAT refund (on the shoes).
