My EG's are all E, except my Galway on the 888 is F. Galways fit looser but very comofortable

Same size for all Lasts that I own 64, 82, 89, 202, 888. The 888 is a bit more snug in the toe box.

Somewhere I read that the 82 is a derivation of the 888. Apart from the toe box, do those two have the same general structure, instep, etc.?

I wouldn't go up from the 82. If anything, the 888 seems roomier for the toes.
