They ship to the USA. Just email them, tell them what you want, they send you a paypal invoice, pay, and then they ship via dhl.
I have gotten 4 pairs of shoes from them via their online store by emailing the sales@edwardgreen or whatever the email on the site is. I am pretty sure the email just links to Jermyn street store since all the shoes i got were shipped from there.
No need to wait for their official USA site to be up, you can get your shoes now MD....
FYI the usa prices are lower than those listed on their website now.

Thanks, i got two pairs of the sandringham in different colors.
To me the thistle (and maybe the 202 last) makes this shoe different and very EG. Otherwise it is another wingtip derby

Sorry for the poor quality pics. These fit perfectly and I am beginning to understand the EG love and why some people collect and never wear. I not only put them back in the EG box after trying them on but also put them back in the delivery box until I'm ready to care for them properly!

710 british pounds for normal oxford/derby with shoe trees. I did not ask to get wo shoe trees or if thats an option (invoice listed 637 for shoes, 75 for trees). After conversion, shipping, and customs ends up about the same as other retailers (1200-1250) maybe a little less. Shipping charge is 40 british pounds fixed no matter how many shoes you get. I got 4 pairs so not a big deal. Maybe something to think about if buying one pair, but thrn again if you are buying 1000+ USD shoes, not sure the shipping charges will stop you. So not any cheaper than other retailers but they have greater selection.

I need to look back to see what i paid for the galway, dont have that in front of me.
*791 pounds for rosewood Galway (+75 for trees), listed at 950 pounds on website.*

Belts were 204 (pounds) a piece, if you are considering them.

Obviously price may also depend on value of dollar vs pound and also if you CC charges some kind of foreign transaction fee

Anyone tried on the 72 last yet? Curious of the fit, specifically the length compared to older lasts. TYIA
