Great boots! I wish these fit true to size because if they did I would have picked them up already! Why can't a 45 at least fit an 11.5!? :/

How do these fit?  I typically wear an 11 D in boots that run TTS.

guidi is very tight, you may be able to squeeze into a 45, but most likely you need a 46, stop by H.Lorenzo http://shop.hlorenzo.com/contact.php since you are in LA and see how guidi fits
