If you come to the Vendor Showcase in SF on May 5, Epaulet will have a full size run in one or two of the more popular lasts and models.

Noap. U Vass in 43 fits, but a 42.5 would be much better. A 42 in U last was too small at first, but broke in perfectly. EG I sold a while ago, but no firk flickin way would 8.5/9 come close.

Spoo, you go a full size down in Simpson despite being a regular width? I would have thought with the narrowness of the last you'd only do half size. This is why I'm afraid of buying Carmina online shog[1].gif. I'm an 11B/C.

Correct. Each first few wears are a bit snug, but after a few times, they feel great.

spoo just so i can understand the sizing for myself, do you wear your shoes snug? or do you have a decent amount of room to move toes

I have a narrowish foot, and yes, I do prefer them a bit snug. Theres nothing worse than a loose shoe IMO.

US 7.5
AE (5 last) = 7.5
AS (109 last) = 6.5 UK
Santoni (everything I've tried, both mainline and fatte a mano) = 6.5 UK or 7.5 US

Carmina Forest = 6.5
Carmina Robert = 6.5
Carmina Alcudia = 6.5

- All three seem about equally snug in the toe area.
- Forest and Alcudia are quite snug in the lacing area -- this is where the Robert definitely seems roomier.

Rain and Simpson are 10.5UK, correct?

I find it odd that you took a c&j348 last 1 size down, I am a US11d and bought my Northcote in UK 10.5e so its .5 down for me
