The Official Carmina Sizing Thread - Page 81

Another reference of Rain/Simpson to Llubi at The Armoury Hong Kong - Llubi is huge even compared to rain

I got some Llubi boots in my usual Rain size and I could barely get my foot in. Wider in the toe box, but much tighter around the vamp. Fine now that they have worn in, but definitely not huge compared to Rain for a wider foot.

For a wider foot Llubi is far better than Detroit, to me & fellow narrow foot users, an insole might be required

I find the fit of Cannon and Inca double monks to be similar. I take the same size in both.

But how about other inca last Carmina Shoes?

I take the same size in Rain, Simpson and Inca. FWIW, LLubi fits great in the same size, as well.

Interesting, as I could fit Rain & Simpson in UK7 while Llubi 7 is too large

Real Fitting:
Measured 9C, close to D, with skinny feet
Alden 7.5D Barrie
Carmina 7 Rain and Simpson
7 llubi too roomy with heel slip on Chelsea

It's feeling like 102F in HK so changed from jeans to shorts in office, with the Simpson Suede double monk just received ftom Skoakitebolaget

After few hours wear, felt quite snug on on protruding ball & slightly cram on pinky toe of left foot. It's not painful but slightly touching the toe box. Guess taking 7.5 might solve by increasing volume but length will be not right.

Then you have to do mto 7uk but wide I am not sure if it's worth it if you want it to be same length but it will solve your issue.

So far the quest for right sizing reflected I have a skinny feet with narrow heel and protruding ball, renders quite hard to get a best fit. So far it's JLP Chapel bet fitted on feet, lol.
