The New York Times has a very long article on nutrition. There's some valuable information it it. Save a copy for yourself before access is restricted.

That's the great thing about eating food as compared with nutrients: you don't need to fathom a carrot's complexity to reap its benefits.

Nice read. Thanks.

Does anybody have a saved copy of this? I would be very grateful if I could get my hands on it.

wow this article has me somewhat stunned. Even though I am a big fan of farmers markets, I never really thought about them this way. I am going this weekend.

I pdf'ed all 12 page of this article but haven't had time to read it. I'll read it and comment this weekend.

Great article. I think the interactions-arguement is definitely something that needs to be considered in today's nutritional mania.

anyone read his book, "Omnivore's Dilemma"? It's very sobering as well.

^ i want to get the book as well. I hope he doesnt fall into the common veganista trappings, does anyone think he does?

For example, as funny and sobering SuperSize Me was, it just wreaks of vegan propaganda. Dude had a Vegan Chef for a wife, for chrissakes.
