If the next gen iPhone is badass and you want it, does your carrier charge you an early upgrade fee? I am eligible to upgrade through AT&T however my iPhone 4 works just fine, the 4S isn't a huge improvement IMO, and if I were to upgrade now then I'd have to pay a $250 upgrade early charge come this fall if the next iPhone, as I expect, is awesome.
