It was stolen in a poor part of a poor town. I have a feeling whatever kid stole it probably doesn't have a computer. Which makes me think he'll hate the music on it so much, and won't be able to change the songs because he doesn't have a computer, he'll probably flip it on eBay.

I've had experience with this in the past. One of our janitorial staff at the gym stole our marketing dept's digital camera, took some pictures of their car, used a library computer to put the pictures up on autotrader, then hid our camera in our office underneath a bunch of our promotional t-shirts. It was pretty funny.

To use an iPod on an ongoing basis, you really need your own PC in all practicality. On the other hand, if you're just posting to eBay and checking your email, it's easy to simply use a borrowed/shared computer.

I'm in the same situation, was thinking of getting a refurbished apple nano on apple.com, anyone has a better deal to recommend (considering I would be getting the warranty with this one...).
