What was also cool was that a lot of members made a effort to come and join in on the fun. Globetrotter flew in from Chicago that morning, met for lunch at the Ferry Building at the Slanted Door and then caught a late night flight home to be with his family.



Lunch was delicious



Tea at the slanted door is more than just a paper tea bag!



It was a beautiful sunny day and perfect for watching the ferries arriving

Yes, LK was resplendent, if disappointingly restrained, in vintage YSL, but seated next to him is this year's recipient of the prestigious 'Best Dressed Professor' award at the ol' U, our own MTM.

did the professor bring the trophy for everyone to see?

LK had the best shoulders with his vintage YSL.

 

Parker the best hair. Really, he has rockstar hair.

 

yfyf best lapels. No contest.

 

PT the best deerstalker. This was close as there were 4 or 5 in attendance.

 

Bill the best accessories: hair, glasses, cane. Though this was also very close once Ugo showed up.

 

UC the best body recomposition.

 

Comrade the best patience when I said I just really can't talk about NY anymore - sorry dude.

 

PSG the best drink tickets. They got me the upgraded whisky.

 

NorCal the best dog stories.

 

Best smiles is split between stillmatt and emptym: one amused and the other beatific. Newlyweds.

 

And the guy who kept coming up behind me and running his hands along my velvet jacket only to fade into the crowd when I turned - best creepy stalker.
