Riding a bike to work place and grocery shops is always fun. I regard this as one of the very interesting ways to shedding off unwanted weight. Its not as hectic as switching diets or even waking up very early to do some jogging.  Yo can do much more exercise with a bike as you save on your money as well.. hahaha
