dying to try out a pair of dior's, but judging from alot of these fit pics I'm guessing these jeans arent made for people who do squats and generally have larger thighs? confused.gif

actually, ill say to this matter, i squat, i work out 5-6 times a week but not super jacked, def jacked.

i usually am 30" in standard jean sizing like diesel straight leg which is perfect fit for me but needs to be tapered from the knee down, but for dior, i usually size up once and have the waist cut by 1". i prefer 17.5cm cut since its more suited for people with bigger legs. 19cm is more tapered from the knee down rather than straight slim cut that 17.5cm has. that im talking about is the pre-washed dior jeans not the raws.

Thanks to Berserker, jeanetic and a couple others for sizing/ordering advice.

Got all buttons and clasp easy. I'm just worried in the long run since I always hit the gym every summer and get bigger.
What do ya'll think?

are those 19cm MiJ raws? if so what sz? and the fit is perfect. not stupid skinny unlike other dior users.

wouldnt the 17.5cm be smaller...

17.5 cm is actually a straight leg... well more like reverse straight leg (thigh measurement is closer to leg opening). So when buying those make sure to go by thigh measurement. Ignore waist measurement (usually inches to big )they sit low so the extra inches help.

They are meant to be tight at thigh which is why most are stretchy and come down to a not so tight leg opening. hope that makes sense.

and no 17.5cm is not meant for bigger legs but it can work you just need to size up one or two.

Anyone know where one can buy the 21cm cut online?

Luisaviaroma dropped Dior Homme??

LVR still has tons of Dior, but no 21cm's.

Sorry, I must have been on women even though I double checked it. Freaked out for a minute there.

Yoox occasionally has the 21cm, although the choices are spotty.

Does anyone have stuff from Solitaire or Reflection ? I'm thinking about purchasing hooded coat from Solitaire, so i'm interested, what about cut and quality from that era?
/\ I do (AW01 Leather Jacket). Quality is ace. Cut is very slim.

Those Jakes just look killer to me. Wish you could get them for $300 or something reasonable. Maybe sales time..

Those Edwins are minor league compared to the Diors but it has nothing to do with quality. It's all about style.
