OK I have a weird one.
I like to get a French baguette and toast it so it's crunchy on the outside and still pretty soft on the inside. I then remove half of the soft interior. I spread some homemade mayo and some pate, headcheese, and Vietnamese sausage slices. I top it off with some slices of cucumber and julienned pickled carrots and daikon. If I am feeling fiesty, I add in some jalepeno slices.
Do I win?
