One of the most lackluster threads of all time. No photographs, no stories, just empty promises. Just a big epic dick tease.

The dream indeed. Makes me realize I must have lived my life wrong.

alright, been sorting through all my 8000 pics and need somewhere to upload them on the internets. Any suggestions? Tumblr seems appropriate for this sort of thing. Are any of the other blog sites like Wordpress or Blogger good?

Also needs a name. Rambosworldtour?

Load them to SF? SF hosts pictures, right?

I'd heard good things about Picasa, but I'm way, way behind the times on this crap.

And, I hope your travels are going well.

Dunno about storage limits for uncompressed files but picassa is great.

The application is really slick (I think better than iphoto if you are on a Mac) and the Web albums are simple no-nonsense stuff. Not buried 8 layers deep in some social crap (although there is some there if you want it) just "hey guys, here is my photo album"

Don't think you need the application to upload pictures but it is probably the easiest (that or a plugin for iphoto or something)

I use flickr. probably best if you want to make albums and stuff.

I'd second (or third or fourth or whatever) Picasa. Pretty easy.

as an online photo repository (like photobucket) or as a photo-tour site, like Tumblr?
