Can someone please direct me to some retailers which sell high-quality jeans at affordable prices? Any input would be much appreciated, thanks!

Thanks for the link, nice jeans indeed. But I was looking for something a bit cheaper in price.

What is high-quality to you? And how cheap?

SF affiliate Denimbar has APC jeans, which most will agree is a good bang for the buck, for under $120 shipped.

For the $40 difference in price I would rather get some Ande Whall's...

I hear ya, but the guy said it was too expensive. On a personal note, I'll have to get one of these to see what the hoopla is all about.

How much exactly is cheap?
I think it's rare that high quality and cheap are ever put together.

I don't think I have ever paid under a hundred bucks for jeans.
I do feel better about the purchase when I know I got them for a deal though.

PC's are better quality then andes actually.

BUt anyways...

If you are looking for real world jeans and not styleforum jeans, where $160 is a bargain. You can try to find some LVCs on sale. I've seen them on sale for $78 and such. Buffalo makes some decent jeans on the designer side (-$80).

Your best bet is to go on ebay and search for earnest sewn and RRLs.
Great jeans can be had for +$60-. You just have to look.

Denim and construction. You can rave about the fit, but the actual quality doesn't leave me breathless. The indigo doesn't seem top notch since they seem to fade too quickly (from the pics i've seen). I hate to say anything negative about his small run, but he is just starting and his quality is still not at the APC level. SOme of you act like APC is a joke.

NO. It's a fantasy world where the rules governing common sense don't exist.

ok... the construction is better than my samurais. the denim is very high quality, 14.5oz. indigo is very dark, deep. this is also his 3rd run, and hes been making jeans for at least 5 years, so hes not really starting out.

until you have a pair in your hands i dont think you have anything to say.
