Cooper A-2 Style Cotton Flight Jacket WOW
Size:2XL
This cool jacket is in great condition. 9/10. Looks like it was hardly ever worn.
  • Cooper/ Division of Neil Cooper LLC
  • 100% cotton with genuine leather trim on collar and epaulets.
  • Olive w/Brown trim
  • YKK zip front closure
  • Pleated back
  • Zippered interior left breast pocket
  • Flapped interior left lower pocket for sunglasses with velcro closure
  • Flapped exterior patch pockets with button closure
  • Side entry hand warmer pockets behind exterior patch pockets (see pics)
  • Left exterior pen pocket. (Just below patch pocket flap)
  • Dual position snap wrist cuff closure

Plan on wearing a stylish belt because it will be visible from time to time.

Admittedly amateurish measurements. Your results may vary +/- one inch.
Remember to double as necessary.
  • 23" across the shoulders
  • 28" pit to pit
  • 26" BOC (this is a jacket designed to stop at your belt line for comfort while sitting in a vehicle)
  • 24" at the shirred waist that expands to 26"

Deet pics (Click to show)

FYI (Click to show)
Cooper has apparently been replaced as the supplier to the USAF for these by a company called Cockpit.

Here's a link to them.

I am looking for:

  • a pair of black oxfords in size 10.5 D.  prefer plain or captoe, but would consider brogues depending on styling
  • slacks size 33x32, preferably not your plain charcoal, grey or browns (patterns ideally)
  • blazers size 40R - both casual and dress
  • suits - preferably not staples (have navy and charcoal) size 40R

Thanks to anyone who may have some of these things.  I may have some things to trade, but not much at the moment.

Anyone want this Samuelsohn? Tagged 41R.

The only thing I really need is a nice navy blazer in 39 S territory. What I want, on the other hand ...

update to my post from last week. bro in law doesn't need a suit. after talking to him, looks like what would actually be most useful for him would be a navy blazer. if any of you guys have anything meeting the following criteria, i can offer you up to and including $40, plus cost + shipping hookups in the future:

- 22-23" P2P (his chest measures 43")
- since he's about 6'1" need an R or L (not S)
- no t-rex sleeves
- something relatively nice (HF mainline, samuelsohn, zegna mainline etc)
- nothing old, preferably recent (since it's for a SS gift, dont' wanna make him feel like i pulled something out of a trash pile)
- has to be relatively lightweight since he lives in phoenix (super 120's or so, or linen or silk blends)

lemme know dudes!!!

Got a nice recent HF navy blazer in a lightweight wool around 22" pit to pit that's a long I think... I was gonna get it shortened if / when I lost the weight I added but I mind as well find one if / when that happens that fits better.
