IMO classical menswear isn't that popular. I can make a faster sale selling overpriced streetwear like Yeezys than a brand new Brioni blazer/suit.

Yeah but good luck finding Yeezys anywhere as bountiful as Brionis.

I wish the thrift brag thread focus on streetwears more so I will know what to pick up. All those (yawn) Kitons posted look the same as Stafford to me.

Try starting a thread in the part of the forum that focuses on streetwear. Wouldn't expect many guys wearing Kiton suits to be able to discern the difference between a pair of *insert famous sneaker designer* from their father's white new balances.

I don't think any of the thrift guys actually wear Kiton suits. It's more of "look at how much $$$ I am going to flip this for" kind of brag

some do...

and while i truly don't give a fuck about sneaks, i buy killer vintage for myself regularly.

I can't speak for everyone else, but I definitely wear Kiton, Brioni, Cucinelli, Zegna, etc (all of which I've thrifted/traded for) on a regular basis for my day job... Can't say no to a good flip though!
