Santoni cap toes size 13d flash makes them look a little reddish, but they are definitely brown. $40 shipped

Be careful having that kind of alteration done to a baller suit. Like everyone has said, pleats aren't all that bad - in fact, if the pants are cut to wear anywhere near the waist, they actually help it fit properly. Even so, once you have that work done, to a certain extent you no longer have Isaia pants, you have Local-Alterations-Tailor pants, so be very sure the guy is someone you'd trust to make pants for you from a pattern that he either drew himself or adjusted extensively to fit you.

Is anyone here a UK 9.5 G in Church's? I'd love to trade (or sell) the shoes in my sig to someone for something I can get use out of. I spent more on these than I should have, but to a regular of this or the thrifting thread, I'd be willing to make a sweet deal. Note that I said to a regular. I'm also willing to just let them sit in my closet until a regular does want them one day.

 

Those would work for me. I have a similar pair of Loake in more of a snuff suede (a bit lighter and redder) size 10 UK... They're a bit big and wide on me. Loakes are no Church's though.
