This was a gift from my boss. I kept it for a few months before I just sold it. It is pretty solid. Made in USA. You can't beat the quality. If I needed a sterling silver money clip I would buy a...

I just picked this up and I am pretty pleased. Just what I expected. I am pleased with the Bark. However, I wish it was a little darker. A great deal for $35. Comparable to other belts in the...

Black shoes and belt
Darker than the suit charcoal tie, but too too dark and not black.
Oxblood shoes with a maroon shirt sounds awful, and I think with that bad colored shirt, brown shoes would be way too much.
I have no say in the shirt selection unfortunately. I'm the bride's cousin, and she picked the color for everyone(I don't understand why I'm the only one out of the men who doesn't like it). Her mother got shirts for everyone, and they're solid maroon.
I appreciate the responses very much. Looks like I'll be pulling out the black oxfords with a dark tie. Hopefully it doesn't turn out as a wreck. I figure it'll look better than the other guys, so relatively It'll look good.

Day or night wedding?
Day:
grey or charcoal suit with dark brown solid tie or dark brown tie with small red to maroon pattern together with chestnut/walnut/chocolate shoes. Rock the chocolate suede balmorals or oxfords if you have them, although you might prefer your black shoes for this formal of an event. A solid navy tie or one with a very small maroon pattern could be a day time winner as well. If you want serious pop, replace the small pattern with a rep tie of the same configuration.
Night:
charcoal suit with black solid or black with small red to maroon patter together with your black oxfords.
You'll look great. Keep your pocket square, if any, on the very, very dark side, navy or black even unless you want to flash a bright red one. Otherwise, a red carnation boutonnière would be the ticket.
If you have french cuffs, the real problem might be finding elegant cufflinks, unless you already have some featuring red (or navy with navy tie) cloisonier or some that are shiny and black or gunmetal, since gold, silver, or platinum might be way too flash.
Edit: You know, just thinking a bit more about your dilemma, a dark Kelly or Hunter green tie of some design with or without a complementary red to maroon pattern might be the solution. A very dark green Grenadine tie with matching socks above your chocolate suede oxfords might be a very stylish choice.
