Looking for hat

Thread Starter

Hello,

just to make it short: I felt in love with this hat from Dior FW11. Of course it is sold out everywhere. Does anyone have suggestions for a similar hat and in best case any idea where I can buy it?

Thank you very much,

Chris

PS. I would also appreciate any offers, if somebody wants to sell his or her hat. :)

If you lurk for a while and read the WAYWN threads, you will find that the look you posted (would you call that "Amish Vampire"?) is generally not the kind of thing that people go for on SF. You should prepare yourself for seeing this thread fill up with lots of humor at your expense and not a lot of useful information about the hat. My condolences in advance.

Thank you. I was not expecting and prepared for that kind of bigotry.

This is my mistake, I finally got it and maybe it is the wrong platform for me.

Kumo , What you are looking for is a black nice quality fur felt hat which has not been previously bashed (creased). Prior to being creased to a desired shape they are round like that , it is called "open crown."

Try looking in the ladies' section.

Just buy a black Akubra with a 3 inch brim from here: hatsdirect.com

You want it "open crown" not "bashed" is the instruction.
