Call the store and ask a salesman what they have in a 40 xl and you'll see. Storesdon't stock freaky sizes just to accomodate that 1 person in a million. Some one with body proportions like the one mentioned are usually boys in which case they shop in the boys dept: they used to call it the prep dept.for those boy type bodies where they shot up to their full height but their bone structure was not that of a man and they were still narrow shouldered.
