Looking for some ideas about how to furnish/design apt (a project that is still pretty far off).

Any good reads (particularly blogs)?

Might want to look around, use the archives, links, etc.

It would probably help if you were more specific in what type of style you're thinking of. Are we talking about more of a modern, cutting edge design or someting more traditonal and comfortable? For example, if you were more interested in a trad look, I'd highly recommend Slim Aaron's A Wonderful Time. Not only is it a classic and inspiration for clothes, but its got some wonderful pictures of interior designs as well. But, its rare, and hard to find. One thing to do is to stay away from older design books as some of that stuff gets really dated.
