what do people get from magazine like men's health?

i mean it's not like you change your program/ diet every month right? i've bought fitness mags before but never really applied a new workout or anything. maybe i'd take a class i read of at most or gadgetry/apparel when i am first starting out?

This is why I subscribed for a few years!

It's really not too helpful. Same routines. All about being a sex god/ machine. Almonds. Olive Oil. etc.

it's a bs magazine... honestly, when it comes in the mail, i look at it and then toss it in the trash.


the only reason why i have it is because it was a package deal with another magazine i like... for the same price as the yearly subscription of the other magazine.

They finished actually writing most articles in 2007. Now it is all templates and just updating for correct date.

Like writing a job posting with HR software. The text is all done for you - just pick and go!

I don't know why magazines still exist with the Internet, especially stupidity like this...

Mens Health has been variations on a theme for years. The same few useful bits of advice recycled every few months amongst hundreds of adverts for overpriced designer crap.
