Third are a pair of US40s but measure closer to a US38. These are a light grey 100% wool Incotex for Zegna Single Pleat summer weight pants. There is a flaw on these - there is a small fabric tear that was repaired/patched at the factory on one of the pant legs. It is at the 30.5" mark so if your inseam is less than 30.5 it would be inside the pants. Even if you have a longer inseam the flaw is hardly noticeable. See pictures.
