I just snagged a nice jacket in a thrift shop. The mfg label says G.3 Gruppo Tre, the material is Loro Piana Tasmanian Super 120's. The workmanship seems very good, at least on the level of Canali or Zegna with some nice details like Doctor's sleeves, tick stitching all around, combo jetted/flap pockets and non fused canvas lining.
Problem is I can't find a word of information about the manufacturer. It looks like it is an Italian market brand and not available in the USA. Thought it would be enlightening to start a thread on this loner and see what's out there.
