Hey guys, I just bought this bad boy in size medium for 79.99 after the 20% winter sale. What do you guys think? Does anyone have any experience with this cardigan? I think it looks pretty cool with the elbow patches and the fit looks good on the model.

My main concerns are...

- Is the merino good quality?

- Sizing (fit large or small)

- Elbow patches (comfortable or not)

It was a bit pricey at 99.99 but it was a bit better at 79.99 and so far my experience with RL clothing has been good. Im hoping that the extra $20-30 i spend on this cardigan over others will be made up in its great quality/durability.

Any inputs?

You already bought it? Why don't you tell us how it is?

The fit might look good but the model is surely pinned in every shot.

The pony logo is horrific.

In general I have not seen consistently bad merino even at the $20 level so there is no reason to believe this is bad.

On the other hand, I have seen completely randomly bad merino (where I bought 2 identical sweaters at the same time in different colors and one pilled, and one didn't). Flip a coin in order to predict how it will age.

Oh and stop bumping, fucknoob.

I think you're overthinking it, 80 $ for a RL merino cardigan is a decent price.
It looks a bit tight on the model. The elbow pads are an aesthetic detail, you'll likely notice no difference in wearing.

I don't like thin-knit merino cardigans, because unlike thicker wool they tend to lose shape. But in ant event this isnt the sort of thing u need to ask questions about. Bump posts you're afraid people might have missed or if its urgent, not to delay the onset of buyers remorse.

i havent gotten it yet... the reason i wanted to know ahead of time is to get a better idea... so i could either keep or cancel the order before it shipped! ive never bought a merino cardigan from RL before.

well i just got this cardigan and im returning it.

turns out its quite a bit different than how it looks online.

- not as trim fitting (loose fit)

- darker shade of grey

- elbow patches bigger than advertised

and this is why i wanted to get some feedback before...

It's so incredibly lame how they pin clothing on models. You never know what you're getting.
