Just curious... may I ask what you do for a living? I've just came off your blog and with each wearing of the day I see and easy $3500 -> $7000 retail, depending on the day. Obviously a tremendous love for clothes. Again, just curious...

IIRC he's a college professor.

Then there must be a trust fund or nice inheritance somewhere...perhaps old money. He has good taste so I find it difficult to believe there's a lottery win to account for the inordinate amount of time spent being Pip, or a "gentleman of Great Expectations"
