Increase/add to suit jacket's arm length?

I have a 36S men's suit. It's really nice, but after I got home (it's off-the-rack), I noticed that the cuff or arm length of the suit jacket is a tad short, by about 1 cm or so. Is it possible to ADD or LENGTHEN the arm length of a men's suit jacket? Thanks!

If it has non-functional cuff buttons, there is usually a bit of extra fabric to let out the sleeve. You should be able to feel it under the lining although it can be a bit hard to tell. Odds are good that there will be some extra. Shouldn't be an expensive job either. I've had it done a few times and it came out fine.
