Dress Socks?

So I bought some dress socks, and they are just completely uncomfortable. I found a few different kinds online and wanted to see which you guys thought were best.

I know the second kind are expensive, but if I'm wearing them all day, I at least want to be comfortable.

Hand-linked toe, Y-stitched heel, elasticized arch support, cushioned sole and fun colors/patterns to boot. I've got several pairs and they are far and away the best socks I've worn.
