Anent Matthew Johnson, whose BF sighting supposedly has more credibility because he is a psychologist, I sure haven't been able to find anything about his professional credentials or anything like that. At the time of the sighting, my wife, who is an LCSW, and I wondered whether he was perhaps the kind of "psychologist" who specializes in "past life regression" or something like that.

Wow, 7 days and basically its gone assuming bigfoot doesn't show up and feed its kids with the remains.

That actually looks pretty good but it looks more like a gorilla TBH.

Can somebody--anybody--please take a photo or video of Sasquatch in sharp focus, assuming the damn things exist? All I can see here is sort of an amorphous black blob!

A lot of truth in that. I think Bigfoot answers the need for a mysterious "other" that many seem to psychically crave. If they were ever verified as actual animals, I am not sure they would be much more interesting than gorillas or chimps (both of which are very interesting animals, to be sure), However, the mystery would be gone.

I have long made the observation that when modern culture, by and large, threw the saints, angels, demons and devils of traditional religion out the window, they came right back through the door as Bigfoots, space aliens and the like.
