This list is a joke and GQ is now essentially a 'fashion magazine' that has nothing to do with classic mens style. Like all the rest, they just jump on the band wagon and tout whatever sartorial abortion is doing the rounds.

ian brown is immensely charismatic, and fronts the best band of a generation. the stone roses had their own style which changed the way millions of people wanted to dress. certainly the 'madchester' look is passe now but if i ever saw the guy wearing a navy chan suit and drakes tie i'd want to cry.
