If you've got a TV, turn it to ESPN2 now. Nadal and Djokovic are 5-all in the fifth set.

Nadal, you are disappoint.

I can't believe he gave away that break game 4-3.

Congrats to Djoko for putting Nadal to shame for the 7th time in a final.

im just glad rafa lost. i dont know why, by all accounts he is a good guy. he respects the game, ive heard him speak respectfully about his competitors, he works and trains tirelessly and as hard as anyone out there, and he is super talented. and yet i find myself rooting against him. maybe its just cuz im an asshole?

I respect Nadal's hustle, but something about him pisses me off as well.

I'm still debating if it's because Uncle Toni is his puppet master or if he comes off as a diva sometimes.

He apparently wants to shorten the player schedule. Sure, it sounds like he wants to look out for his fellow players, but to me, it seems as if he just wants an excuse to play less (he's gotten his ass handed to him in the past few months at the end of the season).

It was an amazing match. Rafa had it at the end, but Nole is just too good right now. He had the mental battle won from the start, given he had beaten Nadal in the 6 previous finals, but he´s also a better hard court player and when it comes to the big tournaments, it´s almost impossible to get a hand on him. Congrats to both, because they truly left everything at the court.

It was an amazing match. Neither of them could really comfortably stand up by the end and you could see Nole really struggling at the prize presentation. He looks almost dead and leaning on the net. Props to Nole for toughening the fruck up over the last 2 years. He used to be a big pansy few years back - remember how he had always withdraw from tournaments due to little things?

And calling Nadal a diva is a bit harsh. He is known for his toughness on the court. And the players schedule issue, he is just the one who voices what many other players also think. For a top player like Nadal, Djokovic or Federer, they need to play 19 tournaments a year, which equates to about 23 weeks. Considering how hard players have to go to get through a match, it really takes a physical toll on them. And also a major part of the schedule dispute is that the current schedule and rules surrounding it weren't consulted with the players at all, but only as a response to audiences demands.

I was watching 2nd and 3rd sets. Gave up at the begining of the 4th. Seemed Nadal would get swept at that point. Nonetheless, though I really enjoy playing, I can't really watch a whole match.
