Need to get a large print framed, any ideas?

As a gift, I just got this great print that I want to frame. The problem is this thing is huge and I think I need a custom frame!

it is 7ft wide, and approx 3 feet tall. 

Anyone have any clue how to go about getting something like this framed, and about how much it would cost? Something in North NJ, hudson, Bergen, or Union county area preferable. 

Right now it is rolled up in a tube, so I guess I need to mount it on something? I literally don't even know where to start.

 

Hoping someone on here has an idea of where to begin.

fwiw. my brother in law acquired a pretty large painting for his home and the cheapest quote he got for a simple wooden frame for it is around $200. in the end he just bought the materials and framed it himself.
