So here's the story about the French Terry sweatshirts.
We made a second run, in black, red, and navy. They sucked so we donated them and wrote down the loss. The issue was our fabric choice - it didn't match well with the way the pattern was cut so they ended up looking weird. Our next iteration will be for women only I think and use a much softer fabric.

Oh man!
Buttondowns
We have final samples coming in this or next week - production run lands in September.
- Made in LA
- oxford cloth, similar to Gant Rugger
- MoP buttons, chest pocket
Cashmere
This stuff is quite nice. We got samples in and all the employees are planning on stealing them.
- Thicker and nicer than Uniqlo, Jcrew and the usual stuff. You won't find anything else for this price/performance ratio
- Basic colors for the first run, navy, light gray, charcoal, etc
- V-neck, Crew and Cardigan, all under $100 of course

Nice backpack overall and the blue lining definitely doesn't look as bad as it did in the pic someone posted a few pages back. Laptop sleeve padding thankfully wasn't enough to make the pack rigid and boxy like I had feared it might. In the end though, I decided to return it. It seemed like a quality product but just wasn't quite what I was looking for. A couple things in particular that bothered me (but not necessarily what caused me to return it): straps seemed a bit small and the backpack just didn't sit right on me (I'm 5'11" 195 lbs, athletic build) and the white strap adjustments just looked really out of place. Small nitpick, no doubt, but the white kinda soured the overall look in my mind.
Getting a bit peeved that it's been a week since Everlane received my return (that I paid the shipping for) and still no refund or even a courtesy email letting me know they had received it...
Hey Flyswatter, sorry to hear that, you got PM

We are tightening it up now - if you guys ever have any issues with your tees, PM me and we can figure something out.

Yeah, that's on me - we are trying to get our data backend in order, which results in weird side effects on occasion.
