I quite like the fit of the J Crew "slim" broken-in tees.

I've said this before, but my big beef with Everlane's fit isn't so much the length as it is what deveandepot1 called the slimness of the chest-- it's just way too tight up there compared with everything else, and it looks disproportionate. Which is why I'm guessing most people just tolerate the fit because the quality is great and it's impossible to find similar quality tees at this price.

I hate it when sleeve openings are really wide and create that triangle flappy thing. It's not like I have pencil arms either, so I'm not sure whose arms these sleeves are made for. Warning: Spoiler! Here's comparison of an AA t-shirt (size M).

Both shirts have been worn and are a little dirty and wrinkled, so sorry for that.
It looks like that because of the way it was folded. It will go away after the first wash.

Jcrew slim fit broken in tee is good but the sleeves are too tight

This may be the first time I've heard someone say the sleeves on a t-shirt were too slim.

The sleeves actually are really slim. Which works for me because my arms are two steps removed from twig status.

Haha they are, it's actually very constricting. Makes you look like a bro though, just not that comfortable.

The sleeves on everlane are a tad bit too loose, but the material is softer so if it was tighter it would still be okay

Yo what did you think of the chest in the jcrew tees vs the everlane? I found jcrew's to feel more comfortable and look more "evenly proportioned", but I'm curious about what your experience was

The chest on some everlane was tight, on one of my pocket tees it was perfect. For Jcrew it was pretty consistent and they all fit well in the chest and body, but sleeves were too tight so I had to stretch them lol

Hey nanyu, when will the next batch of Bow Ties be dropping?

Also it's Tuesday... Continually refreshing eager for the backpacks!
Ya I was hoping to see a link for the backpacks too. Gonna be one hiking until Sunday and don't wanna miss out

Backpacks are up!

Excuse the photography - we will reshoot these before the official launch.

https://www.everlane.com/collections/backpacks

Again, there will be 3 colors and 2 styles, for a total of 6 variants. These are the two we currently have in stock.

What are the other colours coming Nan? Same as before - olive/navy? I was really keen on a navy one, is there going to be an SF link for that or is there any estimated time of them dropping?

These will hold a 15" MacBook Pro right? I'm looking to buy a snap, just waiting on the other colours. Also, any estimation of when shipping to Canada will be in place by?

The 3 colors for this run are medium blue, red and charcoal. The medium blue is a little darker than in the image, but not a true navy.

They will fit a 15.6 inch notebook like the MBP. We will have shipping to Canada up in September.
